Please note: The 100% guarantee only applies to your First undergarment. Keep the one you tried on and reach out to us for a size exchange or a full refund.
Please check our size chart information prior to placing your order. If you are in-between sizes, KOR Performance™ recommends ordering up a size.

Did you order a multipack? We will honor the 100% guarantee as long as only one pair has been tried on. No need to return the garment, we'll grant a full refund or exchange for your First single (1) pair. The remaining items are not covered by the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Return the additional pairs in their original unopened, undamaged package. The additional pairs may not have been tried on, worn, or washed. We will replace the returned garments with the correct size. Please submit an email request to start the process. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
